Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Edmonton.
What is the order cutoff?
Place your order at least one day before your chosen delivery day.
How much does it cost?
New or trial orders start at $15 on the days you order, and first-time customers begin with $7 in welcome credit. If you decide to keep ordering, a subscription unlocks subscriber pricing from $10 on the days you order. If your order falls below the minimum, the difference is added to your total.
What is the first-time offer?
New customers start with $7 in welcome credit to make the first order easier to try. Once you have tried FOOOD and want better ongoing pricing, you can upgrade to a subscription later.
How does delivery pricing work?
Delivery fee depends on distance from the kitchen. Subscribers get a 50% discount on the distance-based delivery fee. A minimum gas fee of $0.75 applies, and subscribers get free delivery on orders of $20 or more.
Do I have to subscribe to order?
Not at all. You can order anytime without topping up your wallet. Subscribing just unlocks better delivery rates and lower minimums.
Do I get a fixed set menu?
No. You build your own weekly menu by choosing the dishes you want from the current menu.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
No monthly fee. The $100 wallet top-up is credit toward your orders, not a recurring charge.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Your remaining wallet balance stays in your account.
What happens to my wallet balance if I stop ordering?
It stays there. Your balance never expires and is never taken back.
How does wallet bonus work?
Top up $200–$329.99 and get 10% bonus credit. Top up $330 or more and get 15% bonus credit. Bonus is added after payment confirmation, used after your paid balance, and expires 30 days after it is granted.
What counts toward wallet bonus?
Bonus is calculated only on the eligible amount. If bonus-funded orders are refunded, the refunded bonus keeps its original expiry date. Referral credit is separate from wallet bonus.
Do you offer referral credit?
Yes. When your referral is completed, both of you receive $25 in credit for future orders.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Subscribers can submit same-day requests when capacity allows. Otherwise, place orders at least one day ahead.

Every tiffin is cooked the same day it is delivered. No reheated leftovers.
