Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Edmonton.
Do I need to subscribe?
No. There are no subscriptions and no lock-in. Top up your wallet, order on the days you want, and skip the ones you don’t.
What is the minimum order?
$10 per day, on the days you choose to order. If your order falls below $10, the gap is taken from your wallet — your cost is the same either way, you just get less food.
How much is delivery?
Free for the first 5 km from our kitchen, then $0.10 per additional km (so 15 km = $1, 25 km = $2, 50 km = $4.50). Any order $20 or more ships free, regardless of distance.
What happens if I order less than $10?
The gap is deducted from your wallet, so the cost is the same either way. Easiest move: order at least $10 worth.
What is the welcome credit?
Every new signup gets $7 in free credit, applied automatically at first checkout. Combined with the $10 minimum, your first meal can land for about $3 out of pocket.
What is the minimum top-up?
$10 by credit/debit card (Stripe), or $50 by Interac e-Transfer or cash. Card top-ups have a 2.5% processing fee plus 5% GST. Interac and cash have no surcharge — every dollar lands in your wallet.
Are there bonuses on bigger top-ups?
Yes. Top up $200+ and get 10% bonus credit. Top up $330+ and get 15% bonus credit. Bonus credit expires one month after it is granted.
What if my saved address is unverified?
A flat $5 unverified-address fee applies if we can’t geocode your address. Re-enter it using the autocomplete in the app and the fee goes away.
Do I get a fixed set menu?
No. Browse the live menu and order only the dishes you actually want.
How does the referral program work?
Every customer gets a unique referral link. Earn 10% of every wallet top-up from anyone you directly refer (Level 1), plus 3% from anyone they refer (Level 2). Earnings credit straight to your wallet as cash, never expire, and trigger on top-ups of $10 or more.
What happens to my wallet balance if I stop ordering?
It stays there. Your top-up balance never expires. Bonus credit (from $200+ top-ups) expires one month after it is granted.
Can I cancel?
There’s nothing to cancel — no subscription. Stop ordering whenever you want. Your wallet balance stays yours.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Place orders at least one day ahead to be safe. Same-day requests are honoured when kitchen capacity allows.
How fresh is the food?
Every tiffin is cooked the same day it is delivered. No reheated leftovers.
