Delivery Policy

FOOOD currently delivers within Edmonton only.
Minimum Order
A small order minimum helps us keep meals affordable for everyone, with better value for subscribers.
- Subscribers: $10 minimum on days you place an order
- New or trial customers: $15 minimum on days you place an order
If your order falls below the minimum, the difference is added to your total.
Delivery Fee
Delivery fee depends on how far you are from the kitchen.
- Subscribers receive a 50% discount on the distance-based delivery fee
- A minimum gas fee of $0.75 applies on all deliveries
Free Delivery
Subscribers get free delivery on orders of $20 or more.

Free delivery on orders of $20 or more applies to subscribers only. Trial customers still pay the minimum gas fee.

Ordering and Delivery
Orders should normally be placed at least one day before your delivery date.
Subscribers may also be able to submit same-day order requests when capacity allows.
Delivery windows are selected during checkout in app.foood.ca based on availability.
If we are unable to complete a delivery due to an address or access issue, support will contact you to reschedule.
Subscription Note
New customers can start with welcome credit first. When you are ready to continue, topping up your wallet to $100+ unlocks subscriber pricing, lower minimums, discounted delivery, and automatic weekly charging.
